L’atelier d'artplus a décidé de mettre son savoir-faire au service des artistes et édite avec et pour eux des oeuvres d'art originales.

artplus est né en 2021 autour de deux personnes: Peter Trivett, artiste, maitre-graveur et technical illustrator et Katya Knight, artist, designer et professeur.

Nous sommes convaincus que l’art de la fabrication du papier et le gravure ont de beaux jours devant eux. La production de papier et d'estampes est devenue de plus en plus ludique et expérimentale et offre un éventail considérable de possibilités créatives que l'on ne trouve dans aucune autre forme d'art.

Dans ce monde de production rapide, aussi prolifique qu'éphémère, ces pratiques peuvent être rapides ou lentes, spontanées ou méticuleuses, mais ce sont avant tout des techniques libératrices et instinctives. Notre objectif est d'encourager et de soutenir l'art contemporain et les artistes à produire des éditions uniques et inhabituelles de leurs œuvres.

🇬🇧 Editioning Services for Unique Art

🇬🇧 artplus workshop has decided to put its know-how at the service of artists and to publish original works of art with and for them. artplus was born in 2021 around two people: Peter Trivett, artist, master engraver and technical illustrator and Katya Knight, artist, designer and teacher. artplus combines printmaking and paper making studios, an exhibition space and a convivial workshop for teaching and transmitting our passion for paper, prints, books and graphic art.

We are convinced that the art of paper making and printmaking has a bright future ahead of it. The production of paper and prints have become increasingly experimental and playful and both offer a tremendous range of creative possibilities that you simply do not get in any other single art form.

In this world of fast-paced production, as prolific as it is ephemeral, these practices can be either fast or slow, spontaneous or meticulous, but they are above all liberating and instinctive techniques. Our aim is to encourage and support contemporary art and artists to produce unique and unusual editions of their work.
